We're Hiring - Come & Join our Team!

We’ve been supporting live events and exhibitions across the globe for over 25 years, and now we’re on the lookout for an Event and Conference Administrator to help us continue to thrive in this fast paced industry.

The role requires enthusiasm, drive and flexibility – you’ll be an integral part of the team and willing to turn your hand to any task necessary. We all pitch in wherever there’s the greatest need here, and we’re looking for a team player who’s happy to do the same.

Of course, we’ll support you along the way – there’s no blueprint for how our industry operates so you’ll need to take initiative - but we’ll offer training and guidance to bring you up to speed on our working ways. All we ask is that you’re competent in MS Office, have a highly methodical and organised approach to your workload and above all else, that you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Supporting our Managing Director and Event Production Team, you’ll be responsible for the general day to day running of our busy office, as well as a range of project specific tasks including but by no means limited to:

  • Assisting with the production of budgets and proposals
  • Monitoring project expenses and producing cost analyses
  • Producing all relevant project paperwork: action lists, call sheets, production schedules etc.
  • Organising logistics – booking travel, accommodation, vehicle hire etc.
